The 2026 International Conference on Blockchain Technology and Foundation Models (BTFM 2026) will be held from March 20–22, 2026, in Shenzhen, China, hosted by the College of Electronics and Information Engineering, Shenzhen University. As emerging technologies reshape the global digital landscape, this conference provides a timely platform to explore the intersection of blockchain—renowned for its decentralized trust mechanisms—and foundation models, the driving force behind the next generation of artificial intelligence.

With the rise of Web3, decentralized finance (DeFi), and generative AI, integrating blockchain with large-scale pre-trained models opens up new possibilities in data security, intelligent automation, and decentralized computation. All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference members. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in IEEE and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
