Notes

1. Each paid paper covers only one free participant.

2. The paper is limited within 4 pages. Additional page will be charged 50 USD per page.

3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

4. Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the listener.

5. One Day Tour is optional for all participants (on payment basis).

6. Only the first author is student could enjoy student registration fee.

7. Please take care of your personal safety and belongings at all times. Kindly wear your name tag throughout the entire conference. The conference organizer accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage.

Refund Policy

The paid registration fee is non-refundable if you are unable to attend the conference; however, substitute participants are welcome.

If participants request cancellation and a refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies:

* More than 60 days before the conference: 60% refund of the registration fee.

* 30 to 60 days before the conference: 50% refund of the registration fee.

* Within 30 days prior to the conference: No refunds will be issued. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted formally via email. Losses resulting from force majeure events will not be the responsibility of the organizers, and the refund policy will not apply in such cases. The organizing committee reserves the right to change the dates and venue of the conference in the event of force majeure.
