Review Process

1. All manuscripts will undergo blind peer review and are expected to meet the scientific standards of originality and academic excellence.

2. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have approved the manuscript and for managing the submission throughout the peer-review process.

3. Review comments will be communicated to the authors, and necessary revisions may be required. The revised manuscript must be submitted before the camera-ready submission deadline.

Plagiarism Policy

The content of any submissions should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in any other conference or journal. Reuse of material previously published by the authors is possible under the conditions that the authors fully disclose (cite) the reference and clearly highlight the innovative contribution of the BTFM 2026 submission and the significance of this contribution.

Steps for Paper Submission

Please log in RDLINK (Electronic Submission System), fill in related information and submit your paper. You will be notified after the staff get the review result, which normally around 5-7 days after submission. If you did not receive the feedback after the duration, please contact icbtfm@163.com.

Fill out the form and upload your paper in .doc and .pdf format
Complete the submission and make sure you receive a response from conference secretary

Templates for submission

The paper should be no less than 4 pages. The paper is limited with 4 pages, including figures, tables & references (Additional pages will be permitted at the cost of $50 per additional page).

Publication Information

All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review by 2-3 experts in relevant fields. Acceptance will be based on the quality of the paper and satisfactory revisions in response to reviewers’ comments. Accepted papers, following proper registration and presentation, will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for indexing in EI Compendex and Scopus.
